A Pittsburgh native and a 1993 Architectural Engineering graduate from Penn State University, Scott began his career in residential real estate marketing, selling and building new homes with one of the nation’s largest home building companies. After 6 successful years, he started his own custom home building company helping his buyers to design, build and finance their dream homes. He built in many of the custom home communities throughout Pittsburgh including Nevillewood and Treesdale. He went on to be the Chief Operating Officer of Heartland Homes. In 2000, he began building a business that went from 12 million in sales on 50 closings to 150 million in sales on 400+ closings in 2012. Despite the most difficult conditions the home building industry has ever seen, the company grew through diversification every year. As a result of these successes, the business was sold to NVR in December 2012.
Scott left NVR in March 2013 to create another successful custom home building company – Infinity Custom Homes. His in-depth experience in both leadership and real estate stem from his management of these companies for the past 20 years. He currently resides in the South Hills area of Pittsburgh, where he has lived most of his life. Scott is in the process of building an Infinity Home in Marshall Twp.
After graduating from Allegheny College in 2000, Liam began his career with a Pittsburgh tech company, FreeMarkets, where he worked as a project manager. In 2003, he took an opportunity to jump into the homebuilding business at a local custom builder, where he was in charge of the construction management. After 3 years there, he joined Heartland Homes in a Director role and served in various management roles including Division President in his final two years at Heartland.
In 2015, he joined Scott Blodgett and the Infinity team in the role of Vice President. Liam lives with his wife and three kids in Mars, PA.
Angela graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1994 with a degree in Journalism and Marketing.
She started her professional career as a pharmaceutical sales representative. During this time she also started her family and soon after needed a new home. It was then that she fell in love with the home building industry. After enjoying the process of building a home so much, she decided to pursue a career change to helping people build their own dream home. She began her career at Heartland Homes in 2004. From 2004-2007, she quickly became one of Heartland Homes’ top sales representatives. She was then promoted as the Northern Pittsburgh Regional Sales Manager. She helped grow that division to 250 sales per year and demonstrated consistent growth each year even in difficult market conditions.
While she enjoyed her management position, she realized what she loved most about the industry was working closely with families to help them customize their home to meet their own specific needs and desires. In 2014, Infinity Custom Homes gave her the opportunity to do this again. Since starting with Infinity, she has had the opportunity again to work closely with each of Infinity’s families to help create their dream home. She loves the relationships that she has made while learning something new from each of her customers and seeing their dreams come to life.
Angela has had the opportunity to incorporate many of her inspirations into building her own Infinity Custom Home. She is looking forward to moving into her new dream home soon. She currently resides in Marshall Township with her 3 sons.
In 2007 Amanda relocated to the north hills of Pittsburgh from central Illinois. Being new to the area she decided to build a new home where she was introduced into the homebuilding industry and started her sales career with Heartland Homes. During her time at Heartland she gained experience selling and marketing in the many areas throughout the Pittsburgh region. Amanda prides herself in getting to know her customers wants and needs and joining together to build each customer’s home of their dreams. She joined the Infinity team in January 2014 as the Sales and Marketing Manager.
Amanda currently resides in Gibsonia, PA with her husband and daughter.
Dennis Huet is a 20 year veteran of the residential development and homebuilding industry. After graduating from Grove City College in 1992 with a degree in Engineering Management, Dennis began his career with Ryan Homes in Maryland and quickly transferred back to his hometown in Pittsburgh. After six years at Ryan Homes, Dennis started his own custom building company servicing his buyers who built highly customized homes ranging in price from $500,000 to over $1 million. Dennis was personally involved in all aspects of his business including land development, design, financing, sales, construction and servicing of his homes. In 2006, Dennis joined Heartland Homes as the Director of Operations for the Everywhere Division. He quickly grew that sector of the business to over 30 custom homes per year with annual revenues exceeding $15 million. He joined Infinity Custom Homes in May of 2013.
Dennis currently resides in Nevillewood, Pennsylvania with his wife and four children in a home they designed and built together.
Tim grew up in Mt. Lebanon and graduated from Duquesne University in 2001 with a degree in Business Administration in Accounting. After four years in public accounting he moved into the homebuilding industry and became a Project Manager for Heartland Homes for the next nine years where he managed the construction of over 300+ homes. After leaving Heartland Tim joined the Infinity Custom Homes team in November 2014 as a Project Manager.
Tim currently lives in Franklin Park with his wife and three kids.
Jon grew up in the South Hills of Pittsburgh and graduated from Virginia Tech in 2001. After living in the Washington DC area and working for Beazer Homes for three years, he relocated back to Pittsburgh, continuing his residential building career with Heartland Homes. Jon worked as a Project Manager for three years in several communities before becoming the Regional Production Manager of the South and Everywhere Custom Home Divisions of the company. His experience in the Everywhere Division took him to areas as far north as Butler, PA to areas as far south as Morgantown, WV. Over the course of 5 years, he and his team contributed to the growth and expansion of operations in these two divisions to close over 230 homes in 2012.
After leaving his former company and taking some time off to obtain his real estate sales license and become a partner in a real estate investment company, he decided that his passion is working with customers and contractors to build custom homes, and joined the Infinity Custom Home team in May of 2015. Jon currently lives in the South Hills with his wife and daughter, and hopes to build an Infinity Custom Home in the near future.
As a 2010 graduate of West Virginia University, with a degree in Landscape Architecture, Jason began his career as a designer for Gateway Engineers in Pittsburgh with a focus on large land development projects such as hotels, office buildings, parks, and townhome communities.
In 2013, Jason moved into the homebuilding industry as a Supervisor for Ryan Homes overseeing the construction of two communities. He then moved to Dan Ryan Builders as a Project Manager for multiple Pittsburgh communities, including construction of single family homes and Townhomes.
In early 2015, Jason joined the Infinity Custom Homes team.
Jodie grew up in the South Hills area of Pittsburgh. She received her International Business Degree from Duquesne University, graduating in 2000. She started her journey in the home building industry in 2007 with Heartland Homes, at that time one of the leading custom home builders in Pittsburgh and West Virginia home market. In 2011, Jodie advanced to the Online Sales Consultant role at Heartland Homes. In 2013, after Heartland Homes was acquired by NVR/Ryan Homes, one of the largest national production home builders, she specialized as one of the Online Sales Consultants for both brands.
She was inspired in May 2016 be a part of the Infinity Custom Homes Family as their New Home Specialist and Online Consultant, where she guides families through the home building process so they can make the best decision for their family. She is passionate about the mission of Infinity Custom Homes and the collaborative nature of ICH, as we continue to be innovators in the new home building market in Southwestern PA.
Jodie resides in Mt. Lebanon with her husband and 3 boys.
Jamie Dami started her career right out of college in the building and finance industries working for Princeton Financial and Heartland Homes. During her 8 years with Heartland, Jamie worked directly with the CFO and with various banking institutions, and was responsible for the accounts payable processes. She is a graduate of California University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
Jamie currently lives in Washington County with her husband and two daughters.
Lindsay is excited to join our team as a Sales Assistant. A Robert Morris University graduated she has over 7 years of New Home sales and marketing experience. She has worked with both a New Home Builder and Land developer in the Pittsburgh area giving her a great understanding of the total building process. Lindsay enjoys working with customers to help them understand what sets Infinity Custom Homes apart as the premier custom home builder in Pittsburgh. Lindsay currently lives in Beaver County.
Michelle joined Infinity Homes in December 2015 as a Selection Coordinator. A Pittsburgh native and marketing graduate from Penn State University, Michelle began her career in retail. She comes to Infinity Homes with 15+ years in the Merchandising Industry. She has high-achieving retail experience in customer service, sales, client relationships, allocations and merchandise planning with Dick’s Clothing and Sporting Goods.
In 2011, Michelle and her husband built their own custom home with Heartland Homes and loved her experience. She joins us with an amazing skill set, proven track record, and enthusiasm. As the selection coordinator, she is dedicated to making sure your selection experience is fun and rewarding from beginning to end. She knows that building a home is the largest and most important investment that you will make for your family.
She currently, resides in her custom home in Marshall Township, with her husband and two daughters.
Jodi joined Infinity Custom Homes in August of 2016 as a Selection Coordinator. A marketing graduate from Slippery Rock University, Jodi has worked in the marketing/advertising field for 16+ years. She comes to Infinity Homes with the knowledge and customer service experience needed to help the Infinity customers see their dream home come to life. She has also been through the custom home building experience twice herself.
She resides in Mars, with her husband and three children.
Marcy joined Infinity Custom Homes in December of 2016 as a Design Coordinator. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, she worked as a Dental Hygienist for over 15 years. She also had her own business where she helped people decorate their homes and worked at a local custom paint shop where she helped teach paint techniques and worked with customers to choose paint colors.
Marcy built two homes. One in 2008 and her current home, built by Infinity Custom Homes in 2015. After seeing how completely different and enjoyable her building experience was with ICH, she was inspired to be a part of the team. As a Selection Coordinator, she will help guide you through the selection process and is dedicated to making your experience enjoyable.
Marcy resides in Marshall Township with her husband and 3 sons.
Valerie joined the Infinity Family when she and her husband built their own Infinity Custom home in 2016. She enjoyed her building experience so much, that she began working in the ICH models with prospective buyers. These experiences lead to her new position as a Selection Coordinator. She was born and raised in the Pittsburgh area, and is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania. After college, Valerie immediately began a teaching career. Several years later, she took a break from teaching to spend time raising her children. Valerie is thrilled to be part of the Infinity team and is eager to give buyers the same great experience that she had. Valerie resides in Cranberry Township with her husband and three children in their Infinity Home.
Maya was born and raised in Pittsburgh and graduated from Grove City College in May 2017. During her time at school, Maya worked as a Digital Marketing Assistant for America’s Auto Auction where she designed graphics for web and social media use by auto auctions around the country. During the summer before graduation she was part of the New Business team at MARC USA, prospecting and acquiring new clients for the agency. Maya joined the Infinity Custom Homes team in June 2017. She currently lives in Upper St. Clair with her family and puppy, Pepper.
JILL PEARSALL – Design Consultant
After graduating from Penn State University in 2004, Jill held a variety of Sales and Marketing positions with several companies. She gained insight into the home-building industry when she built a custom home in 2008, and quickly became inspired by the process. After building a custom home with Infinity in 2014, Jill joined the Infinity team as a Designer.
Jill’s responsibilities include the selections, furnishing, staging, and decorating of all Infinity model homes. She works diligently to showcase the many features and possibilities available to Infinity customers, giving each model home a unique look and feel. Jill maintains relationships with many of Infinity’s closest partners, including Restoration Hardware, Brace Flooring, PPG Paints, and Elkay Cabinets, ensuring that Infinity’s model homes are on the cutting edge of all new industry trends.
Jill currently resides in Marshall Township with her husband and two children.
Dave joined the Infinity team in June 2016 as the Controller. Dave’s extensive experience spans finance, accounting, auditing, tax compliance and planning, internal controls, small business consulting, banking, lending, and new business development. Prior to joining the Infinity team, he served in various manager and consulting roles at public accounting firms where he worked with individual, not-for-profit, and for-profit clients. Dave also spent 5 years as a Vice President and Relationship Manager at a regional bank where he oversaw and executed a strategy to generate and maintain a self-sustaining and growing portfolio of deposits, loans, and lines of credit. Dave is a certified public accountant and received his bachelor of science in accounting from Duquesne University. He currently lives in Allison Park with his wife Liz, and two children, Paige and Collin.
Upon graduating from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2002, Corey immediately began his career as a construction supervisor for Ryan Homes in Maryland. 10 months later, he was promoted to project manager, overseeing several single family communities. Over the span of 5 years, Corey helped train 4 supervisors while building over 180 single family homes. In 2008 Corey accepted an opportunity to work as a project manager/estimator for a Pittsburgh based restoration company. 2012 is when Corey realized professionally his passion was in new home construction, as he accepted the role of construction cost manager for Heartland Homes. He left Heartland Homes in 2015 to work for another large home builder in the roles of project manager and senior purchasing agent. Corey joined the Infinity Custom Homes family in May 2016. He, his wife, and 2 children currently make their home in North Strabane.
Nichole graduated from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Texas with a degree in Teaching. There she taught Early Childhood for a few years, while her husband was stationed at Ft. Hood. Since Pittsburgh has always been home they decided to move back. That is when she decided to take time off work, and dedicate staying at home with her children. Nichole was introduced to new construction when she built a home in 2012 and found herself interested in a career change. Nichole joined the Infinity Team February 2016 and is now the Customer Service Coordinator.
Nichole lives with her husband and their four children in Economy.
Ray was born and raised in the Mars area. Construction has always fascinated him even at a young age; at the age of twelve Ray was swinging a hammer helping to build his first house. After graduating high school Ray dove right into the construction field being self employed. He then moved to Virginia in the early 80’s managing jobs for a commercial company for 16 years. Ray then came back home to Pittsburgh working for a variety of home builders for 15 years, perfecting his ability to manage a job site. Ray prides himself in his ability to work closely with clients, creating a seamless building process.
An avid dog lover and rescuer, Ray resides in Mars with his wife and dogs.
Pat grew up in Upstate New York and graduated from the State University of New York at Brockport in May of 2012. After graduation, Pat began his Residential Construction career with Ryan Homes in Rochester, NY. After two successful years at Ryan Homes, Pat decided to pursue an opportunity to move to Pittsburgh to join Heartland Homes as a Project Manager. During his time at Heartland, Pat built many homes in numerous communities throughout the Southern Region of Pittsburgh.
Pat joined the Infinity Custom Homes team in September 2016. He currently lives in Carnegie.
Tim joined Infinity in June of 2017 as a Construction Superintendent. He grew up in Oakmont and is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. Tim started his construction career as an assistant construction manager, followed by a role as a project manager in northern Virginia where he built both single family and town homes. After 6 years in Virginia, he and his wife moved home to Pittsburgh where he spent five years in the commercial building industry. Tim eventually moved on to a project manager position with Heartland Homes and a few years later with S&A Homes.
Tim lives in Richland Township with his wife and two sons.
