Model Grand Opening: The Aspen at Venango Trails

On January 6th Infinity Custom Homes will be unveiling its newest model home in the Venango Trails community in Marshall Township. The new Aspen is a welcomed sight for sore eyes after we moved out of our original Aspen model in our Franklin Crossing community earlier in 2017. A stylistic departure from its predecessor, the new Aspen model is a beautiful testament to the range of design capabilities available in an Infinity Home. The model’s front elevation features rich espresso plank siding that plays in perfect harmony with the light brick and shingles—a striking foreground to its wooded lot. As you walk through exposed wooden beams on the porch, you’ll feel cozy and comfortable entering this expansive 4300 square foot home, 6700 square feet if you count the lower level that will be transformed into our new-and-improved Design Gallery! If the exterior alone isn’t enough to make you want to move right in, the interior features of the home certainly will.  For Directions CLICK HERE

The interior elements of the Aspen live up to its namesake. The lofty 10’ ceilings on the first floor and bench seats flanking the fireplace echo the warmth and luxury of a ski lodge. The kitchen is every entertainer’s dream with its 9’ island, dark smoke-colored cabinetry, a custom stone hood and picture windows that illuminate the space with natural sunlight.

The added hearth room flows seamlessly from the design of the kitchen and opens up to a covered deck, a roomy gathering space for any season, overlooking the treetops below.

The efficiency of the Aspen floor plan is highlighted throughout the second level, where all bedrooms have walk-in closets and bathroom access. The master suite is an oasis all its own, featuring custom closets and board and batten headboard wall—think: your Pinterest dreams made a reality! Turn the corner through the master bath and you’ll be greeted by a freestanding tub with a stone waterfall, and an open-concept shower that will make you feel like you’ve been whisked away to a resort for the weekend.

Be one of the first to tour through this gorgeous home where modern luxe meets rustic charm—you won’t want to miss it! The Aspen model is located at 662 Chilliwack Lane, Mars, PA 16046, and will be opening for the first time to the public on January 6th&7th from 12-5pm. We hope to see you there!
